During the January–June 2026 reporting period, MYM recorded significant results across its programme areas, strengthening the resilience, leadership, health, and economic empowerment of young mothers while advancing gender equality and policy advocacy.
This year, we successfully implemented five key projects; ARISE, Mama Salama, EDYMCJ, Youth Voice, and Mazingira each contributing to meaningful and measurable change. From strengthening awareness and response to gender-based violence, to supporting over 20 young mothers in starting businesses, to building leadership capacity and advancing policy advocacy, our work continues to create pathways for dignity, independence, and opportunity.
